Don’t you love it when HUBRIS hoists one by their own petard. Love it. Could NOT have happened to two nicer guys. Bye-Bye. GRBR. GRBR.
There was a time, albeit a long, long time ago, that I used to like both of them — & just to clarify, I am talking of young, bow-tie Tucker before he joined ‘Fox’.
I have never seen Tucker Carlson on Fox!
I very rarely watch Fox & it is never for more than 9 minutes — & it is always OUTSIDE of Prime Time. That explains how I have been lucky enough to miss Tucker. No great loss.
The opposite is true in the case of ‘CNN’. I watch a LOT of CNN (though funnily NOT as much as I used to). I think bloody Don Lemon was part of the problem as to why I was watching less CNN.
Here is the funny — or sad — thing. I used to be a HUGE fan of Lemon. I used to think he was very smart & articulate. And I think he was.
Fame, as it often does, went to his head. He became obnoxious. That made him look stupid. I saw him a few times on the morning show & was not impressed. He looked out of place, out-of-touch. Glad they got rid of him. Good on ya, CNN. Thank you.
Given my fleeting interactions with Fox, I am not going to thank them for getting rid of the other ‘clown’. They both deserved to be booted & I am glad they were.
