I am NOT an expert on solar activity — comets being as close as I get to the Sun.

50-years ago I wanted, as a hobby, to study solar cycles & sun spots. Another laudable project that fell by the wayside.

I happened to get an e-mail about the Sun’s magnetic fields getting close to flipping.

Now, I know that the Earth’s magnetic poles have flipped — so, I was not overly alarmed.

I just have a feeling that it can’t be good. Anything that significant has to have some impact on us.

I did 5-minutes of research. Learnt about us nearing the end of the 26-year Cycle & that we are now at its peak. That piqued my interest. This must have an effect on climate change — maybe even global warming. So, why aren’t folks talking about this.

Climate Change Affecting Champagne ‘Taste’ Could Mean That Sparkling Wines Could Taste More Like The Taste We Want.

I see opportunity.

Yes, yes, yes, I get that ‘Champagne‘, these days’ can ONLY be used with champagne produced in France’s historic champagne region. I get that. I know that.

I also remember when sparkling wines from other countries used to be called champagne.

IF what you are after is the TASTE, TEXTURE & FEEL, rather than the name — & the cachet that goes with it — THEN it is possible that CLIMATE CHANGE is making some sparkling wines, say from the U.S., taste more like what you are after.

Think about it.

Name or Taste?

That has become the question.
