One of the ABSOLUTE JOYS of getting OLD is that I have discovered the GIFT of SILENCE.
I have learnt that is best NOT to say ANYTHING. Keep your thoughts to yourself. Don’t blurt out thinks. Don’t feel obliged to talk.
SILENCE.
There is immense power and beauty in SILENCE.
In my old age I keep my mouth shut. I learnt this with AGE.
I hope YOU gain this GIFT TOO.
