Wow. Wow. Wow.
They BROKE it in WordPress 6.1 in November 2022. I told you about it right away.
Then there was a PARTIAL fix. Not great, but it was better than nothing.
Now, with WordPress 6.2, it seems to be fixed. All my galleries appear to be AGAIN appearing as they should. I need to do more checking.
But, at first blush it seems like a FIX!

Not sure how many of you noticed BUT when WordPress 5.9 came out last month (or thereabouts) it BROKE an important Image Gallery feature. You could NO LONGER rearrange the order of the images by just dragging them around. That was a PAIN. Yes, there were other ways to get the order you needed — e.g., insert them in the desired order etc.
I realized at once that this was a BUG in 5.9.
I did NOT have the time or energy to report it. I was sure that others would.
Well, it was FIXED in 5.9.1 that came out today. It was the only thing I checked & it worked. I was delighted.
