I remember the March 14, 2023, snowstorm vividly. It was a monster storm.

My U.S. Citizenship Interview, which had already been postponed once (2 weeks earlier), because of another snowstorm, was the next day. I was waiting for them to call to say that it was postponed again. Didn’t happen.

I had to shovel 3 times, early in the morning, because we had SO, SO MUCH snow.

And this year. NOTHING.

This is NOT RIGHT. This is SCARY. We are going to pay for this.

I am sure we will have at least ONE BIG snowstorm before Spring.

I was DREADING getting this question because it is included in the 20 questions possible in the ’65/20′ Test — i.e., for old folks like I, over 65 years in age who have been permanent residents for over 25 years.

I would have, OF COURSE, have answered ‘April 15‘, BUT I would have known that it was not always the case. That would have bothered I. I don’t like giving wrong answers!

I do KNOW my U.S. Taxes. SMILE.

I knew that ‘Tax Day’ is NOT always April 15. This year is a GREAT example. It was on April 18. Ditto next year.

Yes, I know that ‘April 15’ is very ingrained, but there are exceptions.

I am surprised that they haven’t updated or corrected this question or answer. Adding just ‘usually’ would fix it — i.e., “when is the last day, usually, when you can ….“.
