Transgender Visibility Day‘, set for March 31 of each year (one day, conveniently, ahead of April 1), happened to fall on Easter this year. That as you must know caused quite a bit of consternation — if not commotion, in some quarters.

To avoid this happening again, the organizers/sponsors have decided to change the date — shift it so that it cannot fall on a major religious holiday.

So, they have come up with the Fourth Thursday of November (each year) as of 2025.

Good choice. Now it cannot fall on Easter, the Advent or Christmas. That is a relief.
