In August 1969 I was 15-years old & living in Paris (France). So, attending ‘Woodstock’ was NEVER in the cards for I. But, as a genuine product of the 1960s & 1970s Woodstock is dear to I.

I could even claim that my son, my only son, is named after Woodstock! Well it is kind of true. He is named ‘Matthew’ after ‘Matthew Southern Comfort‘ (the group) which best known for its song ‘Woodstock’ — which was the title song of the 1970s movie.

So, you can’t really question my fondness for Woodstock.

I think I have seen most of the movies & documentaries.

When I saw the subject movie on ‘Prime‘ I, of course, had to watch it — especially as Prime warned me that it was not going to be available shortly.

I am glad I did. Well produced. I learnt some new stuff & saw some new clips. IF you like Woodstock you will enjoy it. Promise. So, try & catch it before it disappears from Prime.

Another ‘Matthew Southern Comfort’ song that I am still very fond of:

I still remember this LP of theirs. I still have!

From ‘Wikipedia’ — though I could have taken a snap of MY LP.
