I have NEVER liked ‘Bill Barr‘. I don’t like him now either. But, on this matter, I (ALAS) have to agree with him — since I feel, 100%, the SAME WAY.

Biden is NOW a bigger threat to the welfare of the U.S. than Trump!

It is true. Biden is weak, indecisive and nobody respects him. The borders are BEYOND A MESS and inflation is unabetting. I am so fed up of seeing him shuffling about, looking lost & confused and talking like the VERY OLD MAN he is. We need a STRONG President.

I am NOT sure I can vote for Trump, BUT I will NOT (I repeat, ‘NOT’), vote for Biden.

Biden is letting us ALL down. The world thinks we are weak. As I have pointed out the U.K. & Poland have already ACCEPTED that Trump will be the next president. There can no longer be any doubt or debate that Trump will WIN the November election by a landslide. I doubt whether Biden will more than 5 states!

It is now beyond a forgone conclusion.

Donald Trump will indeed be the next President of the U.S.

Joe Biden is toast, burnt toast. Watching him campaigning in Pennsylvania is embarrassing. I keep on looking for the IV stand on wheels trailing him. He looks pathetic. He looks what he is. A very old man, shuffling about with no bloody clue.

Though I am NOT a fan of Trump, I am, in a way, relieved that he will be President. This country is in a mess. The border needs sorting out. And yes, his economic policies will not hurt me. SMILE.

So, I am resigned to it. His presidency will be better than what we have now — which is NOTHING. NADA. No-Op. Biden is a disgrace!

When I saw the above post what most grabbed my attention was ‘A MURDER‘.

I immediately KNEW that it was the right word (though I then Googled to make sure).

Yes, it is the CORRECT term, 100%.

I kind of THINK I knew that from my youth! Way, way back, as part of my British education, we had to learn such things. Which is why I knew that this was not a typo, mistake or joke.

Just wanted to share it with you.

I listen to (UK) ‘BBC’ news a few times in the morning, on ‘Sirius XM‘, during my daily amble. I am used to BBC news & I like that they give me world news.

This morning I was surprised to hear that the British RAF had been involved, ‘last night’, in shooting down the Iranian drones. I had NOT heard that mentioned in the U.S. media. I had to check. Yes, of course, the BBC does not get such stories wrong.

Appears that 4 RAF jets were scrambled from Cyprus to take part in the defense. It appears the British pilots had the MOST ADVANCED, night-vision, augmented reality helmets. Better than those worn by U.S. or Israeli pilots. I also read that the feeds from these helmets could be streamed over to OTHER pilots. How cool.

Way to go, THE RAF.

Suffice to say there is some pushback in the U.K. Yes, of course, many do not think this as a battle the UK should get involved in.

I, however, wanted to make sure YOU heard about it. SMILE.

British Government Already Accepting REALITY That ‘Donald Trump’ Will BE The Next President.

Though they have had their fair amount of screwups, the British government, by and large, tends to have its finger on the pulse and can be pretty sharp and savvy when it come to global politics.

They have accepted the reality that Donald Trump will easily beat bumbling ‘Joe Biden‘ in November to AGAIN be President.

“David Cameron’s” meeting with Donald Trump, at ‘Mar-a-Lago’, on Monday, did not get much media coverage in the U.S.

But this is HUGE.

This is the British government already acknowledging that Trump will be the next President.

I agree.

Trump will win. Trump will beat Biden. Trump will be the next President.

My hat off to the British government for being this smart.

‘Jesus’, Of Course, Wasn’t White. He Was A Man Of Color, Probably Not As Colorful As Me. But, NOT White.

White ‘Jesus‘ was the creation of Italian, renaissance artist who were mainly familiar with white skinned folk.

Jesus was extremely unlikely to have been white.

A British term, which was often used to describe me, best characterizes Jesus. WOG. (Yes, golliwog comes from it.) WOG = a person from the Middle East.

Jesus was NOT black either. He was NOT from Africa. He was a Wog.

Tanned. A brown tint. Probably a few shades lighter than I, but definitely yet, a man of color.

I had known that most of my life. Jesus looked more like me than he looks like Trump. Period. Definitely not orange.

And he did NOT speak English, or for that matter Greek or Latin. Period.

‘The Beautiful Game’ (2024) Movie On ‘Netflix’ — Is OK. Just OK. Not Great. Too Contrived.

OK, I will confess that I had never heard of the ‘Homeless World Cup‘ & thought it was made up. Kind of cute that there is such an event. If it is popular, a success & does something to HELP the homeless (a cause very dear to my heart) I am all in favor.

I watched it because it was BRITISH, I like ‘Bill Nighy’ (though I had to look up his game) & because I usually like such ‘true story‘ movies.

It is definitely OK. Some lovely shots of Rome. But, it is also, JUST OK. Not great.

Contrived. But, hey …

I happened to see on the news that folks are enjoying it. Think it is a good ‘feel good‘ movie for Easter. Good for them. I won’t stand in there way.

Go for it. It is watchable.

Another GREAT female artist I was lucky enough to discover THANKS to the ‘Female Artists in History‘ page on Facebook.

That painting by her (shown at top) just BLEW ME away when I saw it on Facebook. How can one get that degree of realism, detail and intricacy. Bloody brilliant.

I sure wanted to bring her to YOUR attention. Check her out. I need to learn more about her.

Given my British upbringing Poppy Day is important to I.

But, I don’t just observe it, support & pay homage to what it represents just in November, leading up to the ‘November 11’ Remembrance Day. I pay homage year round.

Remembrance Day is this Saturday, November 11, 2023.

I Part With My 1968 MGB Too — But It Is Going To Really Good Home (So, I Am Happy).

This is I, as I approach my 70th birthday, FINALLY acting mature & grown up.

Got my U.S. citizenship (after 38 years)!

Decided that I might as well get rid of my British cars SINCE I don’t drive them.

The MGB has been under covers, unmoved (let alone driven) for OVER 5 years!

The V12 Jaguar XJS had been in storage for 2 years.

That I sold them, on Facebook, 2 weeks apart is quite amazing.

Both buyers were named ‘Bill’ & they were both in their late 60s, just a TAD younger than me. They were BOTH wonderful.

The Bill that bought the MGB is from New Jersey & is QUITE FAMOUS. He is Mr. Figs! Please check him out — ‘Bills Figs‘. As you can see WE hit if off. We were friends from the first time we spoke on the phone last week. And his daughter. WOW. What a talented & SUCCESSFUL young lady. Having them here made my day.

He is going to FULLY RESTORE the MGB! That makes me very happy. I bought these cars to preserve them. I now know that at least two are going to be RESTORED. That is great. I feel I have done my bit.

I, for the first time in 9-years, no longer own a British car!
That this happened within 6 weeks of me
getting my U.S. Citizenship is a
TOTAL COINCIDENCE.
But, it makes me feel guilty.
Yes, I am now a DUAL-CITIZEN.
I do need to get another British car.
But, it has to be NEW & truly British.
